Question on New Tube Type for The Rockverb
I have a Rockerverb 100 MKII and I wanted to try a set of KT88s. Do just flip the switch to KT88 and then bias them or are there any other steps?
Thunderverb 200, Rockerverb 100 MKII, OR50, Dark Terror, Friedman BE 100, JCM 800 2203

That's about all you need to do, provided you know all the steps to biasing an amp.

Re: Question on New Tube Type for The Rockverb
A previous user reported that this bias switch for different type of valves wasn't working as advertised and meant he couldn't bias some type of valves in the right zone.
So if you can bias it to the correct operating range, fine, but don't hesitate to flick it the other way if it prevents biaising it properly.

Indeed. See here:

That switch is basically pointless / useless...
Andy.
