FX LOOP Question 35RT

Hi everyone,
I have two technical questions, I hope you can help.
So I am about to buy an 35RT Amp... almost decided... but I want to know the "default" level of the FX Loop, is +4db or -10db?, I don't see a switch that let me select the desired level.
Also, I want to know what happens when you connect something in the FX LOOP (send and return) using for example the four cable method, usually every amp has a "Mix" knob, allowing you to use full FX or a mix between AMP & Effects.
