Can I run a Thunderverb 200 into a PPC212?

I have a Thunderverb 200, and I've ordered a PPC212 (I had a 412 previously that I ran in 200 watt mode). Is it safe to run it at it's full 200watt capacity into the 212 or no? I don't really understand the ohms/wattage stuff.

No.

The PPC212 is a 120 watt cabinet meaning don't run more than that into it.

The ohms wattage stuff in a nutshell: ALWAYS match ohms; never run an amp into a speaker cabinet that is more watts than the cab.
