Rockerverb 100 Tube selection switch

Post by jm85 » Sun Jun 15, 2014 3:24 pm

This may be general enough of a question to go in the Community forum, but I figured I'd go here first. I just got my Rockerverb 100 and the power tubes being ran in it are Electro Harmonix 6CA7s. The switch on the back however, is set to the KT88 setting. Is there any reason for this to be? Is it ok to switch the bias after they have, presumably, been run on the incorrect setting or should I just leave it as is? I am fairly new to the tube amp world so any input would be helpful.

Thanks
