Crush 12L : mod headphones out into separate line out?

Hey guys!
I'd love to know how hard it would be to mod (either myself if it's simple enough, or get it done by a tech) the headphones out of my Crush 12L so that I can use them without the speaker being muted.
I intend on using these headphones out as a line out on stage, and still get the sound of the amp as a personal monitor.
Ideally, if I could even add a separate volume control for this headphones out, that'd be perfect!
Any ideas? Pointers? Anything?
