New preamp tube in Ad 50 custom shop

I recently changed out the stock orange ecc83 in V1 with a rca 5751 (70% gain factor) which made the amp sound more tight and focused. Not quite as muddy. I use the ppc212 ob cabinet with two v30 in it. Just for fun I added an extra speaker yesterday which I had given up using since it did not do the job as well as the v30s. Much to my surprise it sounded much more raw, old school and warm than the v30s after I put in the rca 5751 in v1. Any one has experiences with speaker preferences changing when you change pre amp tubes ? Thanks, Karsten
