i just bought a used one and have a question...

i took the back off because i wanted to wire it to 4ohm, but i found a circuit board...does it do anything special? can i just rewire the cab to the circuit board? to cut connections down, i had planned on only soldering two spots...i can move the jumper cable to join the two negatives together, which is already tied to the circuit board, and then just solder a wire from terminal to terminal at the positive sides, and BAM have 4ohm...correct?

also...

does Orange sell a replacement plate where one jack could be 4ohm and the other 16ohm mono...i don't care much about the stereo for one speaker on each side...but the versatility of running at either 4 or 16ohm mono is something i'd like...my main amp runs only at 4 or 8...so right not, this cab is only for my backup amp...
if they don't sell a replacement plate...is it just a DPDT switch wired in between the jacks? i haven't been able to find a schematic...
Just cause I talk slow, don't mean I'm stupid
