Wet-Dry setup TT

Because the TT doesn't have a fx loop, I'm planning on setting up a wet-dry setup, to add my reverb.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
I'm planning on buying a Behringer GI 100 Ultra-G and running the signal through that, into my cabinet, and into my pedals.
From the pedals, I'll build a small SSamp, 3-7 W, to let it run through, and then into a seperate speaker in my cabinet.

How does that sound?

Does anyone have any experience with the Behringer DI-box?

As long as you have your amp directly connected to your cab and not directly in the DI.

But isn't it supposed go run through the DI box and into the cab?

Sure, I'm not familiar with the Behringer device.

To each his own.....but it sounds like allot more wiring than I'd want to do at a show for a little reverb and FX . I'd just string um in front of the input like the old days and call it a day,but that is just me. 8)
