Someone actually disagrees with the numbering, though not the valve functions of the TC diagram:
(
http://www.eurotubes.com/euro-orange.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
Quite a while ago there was a drawing that someone posted on the Orange forum showing the location of the tubes for both channels.
It seemed like every Orange customer that called us had seen this so rather than spend a lot of time explaining it was incorrect, we
went along with it because the tubes shown for the PI tubes were correct but the "V" numbers were incorrect...
So, the time has come to straighten this out permanently!
The picture below should clear the tube locations up for the AD30TC and AD140TC amps.
I don't know which is right to be honest.
Oh and apologies for the big pic. It isn't mine!!!

Randy Bass wrote:Does that mean that the older single-channel AD30 & AD30R have the same tube layout even though V2 is for reverb?
Same as on irish admirals diagram - the one misterMagoo just posted? Yes I think that will be right enough for the single channel AD30. The TC is pretty unusual in having a separate PI for each channel. Most TC amps still only have one PI which both (/all) channels feed to.

RK50MKII tube layout for combo
FYI....if you have the Head you need to "flip" the rows of 12ax/at7 tubes left to right.

Can someone please give me an idea, based on the RV50MKII head layout, of which of these are V1, V2, etc....? I'm replacing my preamps with a mixed set of tubes and I need this info. Also, why is it that the posted diagram above that is for the combo says it has to be flipped for the head but, if you look on the Orange website under the RV50MKII head, it has the same diagram?
