I recently bought a 70s Orange 4x12 cab, unfortuneatly the emblem over the one with "ORANGE" on it is missing.
Does anyone know where I could get a used/vintage logo to replace it?
best regards,
Philipp

They use the same logo today, why not get a new one?

It's hard enough to get a new one, but you may be able to convince Orange to send you one if you provide sufficient evidence that you are restoring a genuine Orange cab. I would send an e-mail to Mr. Orange and include some photos (with serial number if possible).

Unfortunately the serial number plate is missing too, all I can say is that it as original older cab, single input 15 Ohm, with Rola Celestion LTD G12H 30 watt speakers, speaker chassis code T-1217.
Given the used condition and the speakers it is most likely a cab from the early 70s, if I dated it correctly.
You don't happen to know the E-mail address of Mr. Orange?
Best regards,
Philipp

It's not hard at all. I bought new logos a couple of years ago. What you do is to call them. Mailing is a waste of time.

It is hard to get new badges from Orange in the U.S., but it makes sense that they are protective of their iconic brand.

They'll happily enough sell you a t-shirt though!
