I have a tt head and and orange 1x12 cab. It's 16 ohm. If I bought a second 16 ohm cab, I could either daisy chain it to the orange cab and use the 8 ohm output on the tt or run one into one of the 8 ohm outputs and the other into the second 8 ohm output....right?
If my above understanding is correct, is there any pros and cons of daisy chaining versus connecting both cabs directly to the amp?

Re: Daisy chaining
your correct.
no real pros,
no real cons.
the dual 8 ohm outputs help if your cab isn't set up with a parallel input for daisy chaining, as a lot of vintage cabs are.

Re: Daisy chaining
The only minor difference is that you could get away with using one slightly shorter cable with daisy-chaining, but we're only talking about 10 inches or so (unless you like to keep your head across the room from the cabs for some reason ).
