Orange just sent me a replacement ad15 tubed with golden dragon 12ax7's and Ei el-84's. Any tubes out there that'll give me a bit more gain?

My AD30HTC was shipped with the same tubes. As for the power amp tubes, I've heard nothing but good about the Ei's. I'm going to do some preamp tube experimenting this afternoon though. I'll post results!

Well, I just bought a few tubes and here's what I liked the best:
V1 -- ElectroHarmonix 12AX7A
V2 -- "Marshall" ECC83 (I'm not sure who makes it, but that's what it's labeled as.
