OR50 Plate Voltage?

Has anyone measured their plate voltage on their OR50 yet? Mine is reading 423 volts without output tubes and 405 with the stock tubes in it. Does this sound like a healthy number? I'm getting ready to put some Winged C's in it, and see how it sounds.
