I need to wire my orange R.I. 4/12 cab to run @ either 4 or 8 ohms? two questions 1- what sopunds better 4 or 8? I play stoner rock, heavy stuff lots of cunch. and how do i do it, I have seen a few ways to do it but they all call for a stero/ mono switch. thanks for your help. mike

What sounds the best is actually 16 ohms. You're then using all of the output transformer of the amp provided it's a 16/8/4 type of amp.
