OT: Can someone tell me the pinout?

Hey all, I'm converting an old Webcor reel to reel tape machine into a tape delay.
It has a microphone input, but is so old that it doesn't use an XLR connector. Instead, it's got a 3 prong proprietary jack as pictured below in the drawing.
Below is the schematic for the mic input - can someone with more knowledge of electronics tell me the pinout?
I'm asking because I've disconnected the proprietary jack and am replacing it with a standard 1/4" jack to plug my guitar into.
