Replacement Speaker Jacks for 2x12 cab?

I was loading my orange 2x12 cab into my car today and noticed that the outer metal collar on one of the speaker jacks has gone missing, as far as I can tell the jack is fine, its just slipped behind the edge of the back plate. Does anyone know what brand of speaker jacks orange uses and where I might be able to order a replacement one? I'm probably just going to take the washer/collar thing off the new jack and try and reattach it to the old one.
