For USA Customer Support -- If your amp is giving you a problem, please contact technical service at Orange USA for all USA warranty and non-warranty support before you take it to a tech or the dealer. We will be able to help you determine your warranty status, give you competent advice on diagnosing and servicing your issue, as well as make arrangements for the amp to be serviced, either by a local service center or by an Orange technician in the USA.
Some issues, with proper diagnosis, can be solved over the phone!
