not sure myself but if you can't find it, just get an ohm meter and measure it. It's either going to be close to 8 ohms or 16 ohms. Billy

well, that´s not really my problem. i´ve got an engl screamer head which can support 1x8 / 2x8 / 1x16 / 2x16 ohms. i am considering to buy either the engl or the orange 2x12" cabinet, but if the ppc212 has 4 ohms mono i can´t use it. 8 or 16 would be no problem.
thanks anyway, bye

If it'll run a 2X8 then it should run a 4 Ohm load, as 2
8 Ohm speakers in parallel = 4 Ohms.

It can be 2x8ohm speakers at 16ohm series, or 4ohm parallel.
It can also be 2x16 ohm speakers at 32 ohm series, or 8ohm parallel.

Good Point Meole! I reackon they could mean series connected.

One would think a 4,8,& 16 Ohm output selection would make sense
as these winding are commonly available on modern output XFMRs.

I interupreted it to mean 2 each 8 Ohm loads and I assumed the
2 jacks are in parallel.
