If I were to combine the AD200B Class 'AB' Bass Head with an SVT810 Pro Ampeg 8x10 Cabinet would this cause a problem? The Cabinet can hold 800 watts at 4 ohms. Assuming the AD200B does not create more than 350 Watts at max would it be safe to do this, or better yet, sound good to do this?

believe me, it would be a perfect match..
just plug the 4ohm output into the 4Ohm mono input of the cab and you'll be good. I have the same setup..

Belive me.. it's the best sound i've ever heard iof any setup..
so you'll be more than happy.
my ad200 sounds amazing..

I tried one out yesterday, and it had that sound I have in my head. That very loud growl that you can feel in your stomache.

OK, how about this I just picked up this cool cabinet for FREE today. An Acoustic Control 2x15 with just one 4 OHM input along with the the Orange AD200 could it work? I haven't been able to find any sort of wattage information on the cabinet, any help?

try opening up the box if possible (ie, not going to break it!) and checking the back of the speakers for a make and model number etc. Most speaker manufacturers should have some kind of information online about the technical specification.
