Right could someone just answer a few problems I’m having with “The physics of transformersâ€

The ratio of voltage is equal to ratio of turns. So half the turn in the secondary coil compared to the first means half the voltage in the secondary coil.

The iron coil is there because magnetic fields behave differently in different mediums. Different mediums have different constants in the E&M equations, and it will effect the sound of the amps consequently.

I can't think of a way to blow a transformer except by overloading the coils, burning them up, like you said user.
