Power & StandBy Switches ------->

I know that this may seem dumb, but I just wanted to make sure that I am doing everything right...

When firing up a tube amp, first you are to turn on the "Power" or "Main" switch for a few minutes. Then you are to turn on the "StandBy" switch when ready to play. If you need to take a break, you turn the "StandBy" off again, and on when ready to go again.
When turning a tube amp off, you turn the "StandBy" off for a few minutes, then the "Main" switch. Also, you are to leave the amp cooling down without movement for as long as possible.

Is this right? Just want to make sure. Thanks.
