I was playing my amp the other day and it just cut out. It's been over a year since i 've had it so I think it might be the tubes, but I don't know too much about how to fix that stuff. If it is the tubes are they easy to change? and if not what should i do? thanks

What do you mean by "Cut out"? Do you still get power? Did you blow a fuse? Did the amp smoke or make any other weird smells or sounds?
Let me know and I'll try to help more.

i was playing, then all of the sudden there was no sound, it still turns on. and all the tubes look like they are lit, but there is no sound coming out. the cab still works with my other head so it is not the cab. do you think it's a fuse or a tube? and is it hard to fix? thanks

sounds like a problem with your output transformer. one failing tube would hardly cause the amp to "cut out". and since the tubes are still glowing, (and, I guess, the pilot light as well), the problem is most likely to be found downstream of the bottles. between the power tubes and the speaker output resides not much, aside from that very transformer. the fact that the amp cut out abruptly, when considering the tubes still seem to be operable, could suggest a short-cut in the secondary coil of your output transformer. do not switch your amp on until you've had it fixed. most likely, the power stage meets infinite or insufficient resistance, and running a signal through an unloaded tube amp will break the amp according to the following scheme: first output transformer, then power tubes. and if your output transformer's blown, the tubes are the next thing in line.

I think you should check the fuses first.
Then check all tubes (pre amp and power amp)...
