Voltage Issues with AD 15/12 Combo

I bought my AD 15/12 in Germany, so obviously it runs on 230V. On the back pannel it says 230V in a little silver space. My problem is the following. I'm moving to the US, and wondered if I can just change the fuse for it to work in the US, or do I have to have it worked on to run on 110V? ANYONE???
