I run two heads at the same time (OR80 / Peavey 5150), the problem is, as soon as I connect the cable to the pedals I get this HUMMMMMMMMMM that sucks.

its when the two amps come in contact, I usually split the guitar at the DD5 delay pedal. I did some trouble shooting by diff ways of connecting them, I even tried a Morley ABY switch, but still, it hums away. even with just the guitar and the ABY. so i know its nothing in the pedals.

the peavey has a 3 position polarity switch but it has 0 effect, I'm thinking its some sort of grounding problem? the orange has a 3 prong plug but no polarity switch. where the 3 prong is un-original I was thinking of un-grounding the Orange?

any ideas?

get one of those 3-conductor/2-conducter wall adapters for one of your amps...you have a ground loop hum.
