Hey . . I am looking to find a used orange head/cab or combo. Anybody have any suggestions as to how I should go about finding this in the States? Being a young guy who wants to stick with the orange sound, but is in a bind for cash, I need help...

Local Want Advertiser/ Pennysaver, etc type of weekly things are your best bet... and patience. They do turn up from time to time but with the advent of ebay, lots of things are getting higher prices there. Still, you could get lucky... a lot of people might not want to sell on ebay because of weight and shipping.

Relatively speaking, Oranges are not that much more expensive than other amps- a little more but not by a lot... comparable Marshalls that are all-tube (valve) are less but you get a better amp with Orange.

Good luck.

I dont know how much would want to pay and im not sure what is expensive in the US, but i think these prices seem good over here:
http://www.toneheaven.ndirect.co.uk/hiw ... orange.htm
And it says it inc postage to the US. Well if you convert the $760 to £ then its around £420, which i think is pretty good price. The only prob being that you wont be able to try befor you buy!

i first visited that page about 3 years ago and it hasn't changed since then. don't expect those prices to be up to date. lots of people have had problems with them from what ive heard. i think there are even webpages put up by former customers complaining...

ive never dealt with them so i dont know.
