Not a secure site. That site needs an SSL Cert. Standard practice. Don't use your common login names and passwords as mentioned above.

Good to know. Most people (like me) probably don't even think about that and there are a lot of forums out there that aren't secure:

Exactly why losing this forum is such a great shame.

We're mostly a bunch of kind people looking after one another.

Thanks for all your hard work Billy and to everybody else for their contributions. I have gained a huge amount of knowledge from the site and although I haven't contributed much, I had more to say/ask. Such a shame. All the best to everyone. Phil

I see that the new forum is getting less traffic than this one still is.

As of right now, no new registrants can sign up. Rest of the forum is still available to post.... for the time being.

Wait, why not? I've been doing this for years. My two Thunderverbs into the big heavy duty Orange 4x12, and any number of Marshalls, Laneys and Engls into an Engl 4x12. Haven't had a problem. Am I asking for trouble?
