Found a pair of 4 x 15 Orange Cabinets

I've found a pair of ENORMOUS Orange 4 x 15 cabinets loaded with Celestion g15c's with a pre rola label dating them to 71 at the latest. The cabinets are literally huge, about 6ft tall and almost the same wide, bright Orange tolex, orange badges on the front with the crest, i think theres a badge in the corner of each which says Six by Six. I can't find anything similar online apart from the 24x12 cabinet in a few pictures online. It's almost surreal seeing such huge bright Orange speakers. no pics coz my phone decided to die today urgh.

I dont have them yet, supposed to be buying them tomorrow morning. Do you think they have any value to a collector somewhere in the world? I can't explain how crazy it is to see a giant bright orange speaker like this in person, it makes a 4x12 (of which i've owned at least 10) look TINY.

There ought to be a code of some sort on the Celestions that could help date the cab.

They weigh about 50kg each, i'll take a proper look at the date codes when I pick them up but the pre rola label dates them no later than 1971 i think

Would those be part of an Orange PA system? Cool find. Not what I was picturing. I was thinking more along the lines of those big 4x15 Hiwatt cabs. Those Oranges look bigger!

I can't find any brochure info about the PA systems with 4x15's, guessed they might have been bass guitar cabs? Who knows...

Might be earlier. Cabs like that did not last very long. You'd have to hire 2 extra people to move them.
