Can I plug an Orange Crush 12, purchased from the US, into an outlet in the Philippines?

Depends on your voltage. If it’s 120 then yes. If not, the amp needs to be modified if it doesn’t have a voltage switch. From what I see, it’s 220 in Philippines so the general answer is no.

According to the manual you can switch between voltages. You also need to change the fuse:
