Orange Amps Forum

Celestionplus just released their Orange edition IR's. I am definitely getting some of them if not the whole pack. I already have the Two notes celestion v30 and greenback pack.

I've recently had to move to the dark side (line 6 hx stomp) as we're doing a stage show of Jeff Waynes War of the Worlds and aren't allowed any on stage volume, so beloved Dual Terror is sitting this one out. I've been pleasantly surprised by how good the hx is. I'm using a hiwatt model (there is an OR80 model but doesn't suit this show, it sounds good but never played through a real one to compare) with my pedal board. Started with an on board cab sim but then downloaded Celestions V30 IR pack, much better in my opinion. Now I think I'm going to have to shell out for the Orange cabs bundle too!
Been a while since I've had to use digital, it's come a long way since the POD

yeah the celestion ir's are top notch. i have both the v30 and the greenback packs. i prefer the greenback ir's for the majority of the stuff i do.
can't wait to try out these orange celestion ir's though.
and yes digital has come a long way. even top studios are starting to use ir's in place of real cabinets even if they are using real tube amps.

The particular one of interest to me is the 212OB.. but for the price i may end up with the entire pack...
