Hi All,

On a tight budget here and need some advice on what's a good bass amp that is reasonably price to use for live gigs. Usually we play at community halls with with 300+ people so need a nice sounding bass amp.

Could someone pls recommend me a bass amp that will do the job. Wondering if there's anything under $500 https://waveadvice.com/bass-amps-under-300/ ??

Thanks.

Behringer ultrabass 300W.. Don't hit me on the head. This amp does the job for a very low price.
We use one at the Art house were I'm administrator. It's used and abused and still working well.
My son even bought a used one locally for a low 120 euros.

Sure it's not an ampeg but as far as the price is a stopper, you might consider those

You could try to get a 2nd hand Genz Benz shuttle head. You'll need a serious cab to handle their power though.

TC BG-250 available in a 115 or 210 versions... I have previously had the 115 version and foolishly sold it

neutral response, good eq and $349 a great bass amp for the money
