CR 120 settings for tone heaven.

Good morning.
Looking for people to share their favorite settings for the CR 120 head.
Absolutely love it and I’m just trying to dial in some tones
Appreciate and education as I’m new to this head. Thanks.

This amp like any other, although it's a great amp...tone is the same. ..it will sound like YOU...and this amp like all Orange amps is very articulate. What guitar are you using and what's the set up like? Humbuckers? Single coils? What and who's tone do you like? What speaker / cabinet are you playing?
Quickest way to find great tone on any amp with any guitar is the following. ..first, make sure your guitar has a good set up,after that look at what speaker your playing through, after all its at the end of your chain and moves the air,which creates "tone" ...this amp is capable of many outstanding tones...
Turn your guitar volume and guitar tone to 5....then set the amp, volume and tone and gain with your guitar controls on 5-maybe 6.....set all the amp controls as play and listen with out cranking your guitar controls up....lastly .then experiment with simply the guitar controls and not the amp settings....I think you'll impress yourself? !

Thank you very much. I am using a Gibson 335 and a Washburn N2 Guitar mostly.

yeah dave definitely has shown that the cr120 is a great amp and can do an amazing amount of tones.
