hy

I've got to buy an '70s Orange 4x12" extension cabinet...I tought of greenbacks or G12H30 in it, but the guy told me that it has Rola-Celestion speakers...he's not sure but he think that they are G12-75...and he said that they were original...is that possible???

when were those cases produced??? any other info??? for and againsts???

Geert will know this answer so we will wait for his reply. My guess is that the gt12-75's are original. They used those Fanes and greenbacks in the vintage cabs [i think?] Though it could be a 90's reissue. I'd check the cabnet wood. The reissue's are made of particle board and the vintage ones use birch plywood. Again thats my asumption.

According to Orange, all 2x12 & 4x12s are birch.

Brian,

Thanks for the trust, but i'm not an Orange encyclopedium. It try to make my site look a bit like it however and thanks to alot of folks who do know a lot of details the site is getting better and better.
