You could easily be correct, I'm just going off of the 1973 orange catalog which states they came with Hammond tanks. I was not aware the 73 catalog quoted a Hammond reverb tank. They are all Hammond designed so I suppose that is sort of correct.

I’m originally from Wisconsin too, so this is why I know about these tanks. First saw one of these inside a Roland Space Chorus (which I bought in Wisconsin), so I don’t know if that’s what Roland spec’d in those things new or if it was a replacement.
