OR15 and MT as stereo rig

Post by cs4mpson » Sat Jun 23, 2018 7:43 am

Planning on setting up my OR15 and Micro Terror to use as a stereo rig. Proposed signal path is:
Guitar -> Buffer -> Wah -> Boost -> OD -> OR15 input -> FX Send -> Delay -> Reverb
Then:
-> Left reverb channel -> FX return OR15
-> Right reverb channel -> Micro Terror (set clean)
This way I can use the preamp on the OR15 for a bit of dirt and hopefully the MT won’t break up too much.
Does anyone foresee any problems with this setup like phase issues or anything?

Zilla Fatbaby and Zilla Dinky. Both have a single Celestion G12M65 Creamback.

I'm thinking it should be okay.

Have fun!

I think it will work as described. There are several options though. I tried it for a while using an OR15 and a transistor Fender amp. I used an old stereo chorus as the first pedal in the chain with totally separate pedal chains feeding to each amp. It was mostly various varieties of dirt into the OR15 and delay and mods into the Fender. It worked well.
