I own four Orange tube amps and they're all from different price points, my cheapest one is built as well as my most expensive one. My oldest one is going on 7 years old and none of them have ever given a problem. I know you're mad but Orange does make top quality gear.

Wait for the video showing the rust spilling out of the amplifier (brand new). That one is on its way back to Orange too.

give up.

return the amps.

get your money back.

go buy a Mesa Boogie.

your constant going on about your experiences here are not going to help you get anywhere with Orange because they don't come here! Take it up with them directly.

Well, that needs to change being that it is their subdomain.

so why do you keep coming here stirring up our happy community with these issues when you are in complete control of your situation?

We have all stated that we understand that you are upset.

We have all started that this is a strange anomaly and we wish you the best in getting it rectified.

We, as community members, cannot fix the amp for you. We cannot credit you the money for the amp. The store can/should do that for you (which you have returned the amps for repair, but what about refund?)

We have stated we want you to enjoy your Orange amps and be a contributing member of the community.

But your video seems like you want your threads locked and deleted so you can use it as ammo in your quest to slander the Orange Amps name?

I fail to see the logic on continuing this on a community forum.

No, it isn't that want my posts deleted to make a case against Orange. From the very first post I was put on the defense. Then others jumped in with vulgar name calling and so on. Now, who should get deleted exactly? The guy who bought a bad amplifier or persons verbally lambasting other forum members (with no logic to back it up)? Documenting is a great idea.

Moving forward let's just drop the bickering. If you want to accuse me of something or even call me a name just PM me - that doesn't bother me nearly as much as these flaming forum posts - (but just one rude name per PM - okay?) Seriously, I'd like to keep this thread open for possible updates from Orange.

I don't know - I was paraphrasing "ammo" (what wired said).

As I said in the locked thread, when you talk to Orange and get a resolution I'll unlock it. However, your need to single me out is uncalled for. I didn't call you stupid, I said what you did was stupid.

Locking this one - if you can't be productive just go elsewhere. Like I said, we're sorry you had this experience but there are better ways to deal with it.
