Anybody see any issues running out of one OR 15 FX send, into a second OR15 input jack, and then blasting the destination amp's 8ohm outs to two 16ohm 412 cabs? Would this in effect give me an OR30? Same tone and feel just louder?

No, you will have a 15 watt amp with 8 gain stages. Guessing it won’t sound that great.

Okay, so I'm gonna need to split the signal before it hits the Amps and deal with all the attendant phase and ground issues.

Slaving amps like this is better served by taking an OR15 and running the FX send into the FX return of another valve amp with a higher wattage and similar if not the same power tubes and then you have a higher wattage OR15. You essentially turn your OR15 into a pedal and don't engage the high wattage amp's preamp at all. You would then run the cab into the hi watt head.

You would still need the OR15 connected to a cab or it would very quickly blow up.

That's pretty much what I've got going right now, but with a twist. I've got a TH30 combo and an OR15 with a 2x12 OB cab. The fuzz and od on my board go directly to the input of whichever amp I want to use. The delay and reverb go through the effects loop. The reverb is stereo, so I run the stereo output to the fx return of the second amp. It makes a nice stereo spread. I can switch amps in about 15 seconds by switching the effects cables and input. It covers a lot of ground.

Really, you’re best two run both amps in parallel with an Orange Amp Detonator (plug) or good quality A/B/Y pedal. Each amp into its own cab. It’s 30w summed together. Thats basically how the Rocker 32 runs. Two seperate 15w power amps.
