Funny, I've just recently bought axis bold as love and are you experienced. His music hasn't really aged much. All I had before was a best of.

Hard to fathom what he might have achieved if he had stayed with us a while longer. Such an incredible feel player.

Our 1st dance at our wedding was Little Wing. We didn't want a soapy song to dance to, and weren't keen on the 1st dance concept so we simply chose one of our favourite song.

That new version of lover man is pretty cool too. Love his work.

Amazing how a dead guy can release so much product....

I personally can't stand demos and "cutting room floor" takes. I feel like there's a reason they weren't released the first time around and digging up every scrap of music the artist ever strung together for the sake of justifying yet another re-issue of their back catalogue makes me groan. This isn't always the case, but seems to be more often than not.

Right there with you on this one...

Hendrix is spinning like a lathe with all of these rough rehearsal type "songs" that have been released. I think they sound pretty awful...
