Re: OR15 loud enough to gig?
Ok thanks guys. Tomorrow will be my first rehearsal with it, so we will see how it goes! I have no doubt the 120 will be loud enough, just used to the tube sound and I notice the difference in tone. Hopefully I dont notice it in the mix as much. I put a mic in front of my cab yesterday when jamming by myself at the studio and it sounded great. We are leaning towards mic'ing our amps at every show, so an OR15 could definitely work. It just sounds better when the cabs are mic'd then when they are not. I'll report back after rehearsal tomorrow night!

Re: OR15 loud enough to gig?
Not with the OR 15, but with the Dual Terror turned down to 15 or even 7 watts. For real small venues I choosed a 1x12 and it was definitely loud enough so I think the power of a OR15 is more than enough for small to medium sized venues.Dexter211275 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2018 4:13 amHas anyone gigged small to medium sized bars with an OR15 and an Orange 2x12 without a mic?
