TC ELECTRONIC NOVA SYSTEM

Post by streettriple95 » Tue Dec 26, 2017 10:26 pm

first off, Merry Christmas everyone! hope you have had a good one.

Santa bought me a NOVA system for Christmas, and i was wondering anyone on here is actually using one with a TH30H or with any other orange amp.
Ive tried it in the lounge and im blown away with the quality of the overdrive! I've had multi FX in the past that sounded thin and tinny but WOW.

the only issue I have is when switching from preset mode into pedal mode, is there a quicker way? I was thinking in a Live situation this might be a bummer. Not sure to use it live to be really honest, maybe the studio.

Hope you all have a good Christmass and Happy New Year!!

Pretty sure Billy uses one with his AD30s. I’d wait for him to chime in

EDIT: On second thought, I think he has the G-System. Sorry

It may be easier to simply create two presets, one with and one without the overdrive on, and change presets ..
The nova is a a great bit of kit.
