Went in to the local music store the other day and plugged into a tiny terror to try out a guirar I was looking at. I already own a OR15 and love it and will never sell it. I previously have played tiny terrors in the past but never liked them better than my OR15 but this one was different it sounded amazing.
I noticed it had an extra toggle switch so went home and googled and suspected it was one of the glory mods. So went back and bought it for a good deal and when I got home I opened the gig bag and it had the British glory mod papers and a bag with the TT stock components that were replaced. Plugged it in my spawn 4x12 and it sounds amazing. Compared it to my OR15 and they are very different so I'll be keeping both.
I also opened it up to look at tubes and the preamp ones are the Chinese stock ones it looks like. Any suggestions for replacing those? The power tubes to my surprise look like RCA NOS. I tried google image search for RCA tubes and couldn't find any new issue RCA so assume they must be NOS?

Well done!!!
The EL84 alone might be worth the price of the amp!!!
What's different with that mod?

It sounds pretty close to this video I find.
https://youtu.be/ykg4dpSkc8Y
Through my 2 ppc112s it doesn't have a ton of low end compared to my OR15 but in the 4x12 it sounds awesome and maybe better than the or15 for classic rock and clean tones. I'm happy I have 2 orange amps that don't really overlap too much.
The one thing I did notice is that even though it doesn't have the same amount of gain as a the or15 it still doesn't clean up that great with humbuckers like some other would unless you really roll off the guitar volume and lose a lot volume on the amp.
So I guess it sounds kind of like a vintage marshall but still maintains some of the orange fizz but not all of it.

Nice! I like the mod, did it to my TT. It reduces available gain (which there is still plenty of), making it a bit easier to dial in a nice crunch. Gets rid of the fizzy sound at higher gain settings. Also fills out the low mids a touch. I know they compare it to the Marshall, but the voicing of the amp doesn't change really all that much. It’s more a mod to the gain structures with voltage and biasing.
