Without question '78 Yamaha SG2000. Best guitar I've ever laid hands on. Ivory nut, Brazilian mahogany, brass sustain block under the bridge, ebony fret board, 3-piece top, 3-piece neck-through, 7 layer binding. I named it "Big Bertha".

I've had this CIJ 69 RI since 2002, It found me one day while I was testing strats for a student. The same day i decided I should to lie to the bank to get a college loan for a 'laptop' that I 'needed' for college. Straight back to the shop cash in hand!

At the moment its got some tonerider vintage style tele pickups in it but after testing out some lollar special T's last week, i think im gonna upgrade sometime after christmas

Vintage radius, and small frets really comfortable and resonant. This things a lifer! but i've gotta get some new pots and a new switch as well as the pups. Its recently had a new bridge with brass saddles installed and new screws and things

My 79 Yamaha SG2000. She's a beast. Through my Rockerverb 100 of course :-)
Forgot the pics ;-) Also play my 1980 Yamaha SBG1000 quite a bit. Both heavy as F!@# but play and sound so good.

My go to is my Dingwall Combustion V in Trans Black. The photo below is mine, I was just lucky that the store used my bass for the photo shoot so I have some nice looking ones to show off

2009 Yamaha SG1000, closely followed by a ‘70s Yamaha Lord Player. I’m a Yamaha guy :)

I fondly remember when it was possible to pick up an old Yammie SG on ebay for a few hundred quid!
Blood of the Mother is my dark and doomy psych band.

I use:
Thunderverb 200
Simms Watts 412 (Hot 100s, Swamp Thangs)
OB1-500
Hoffnine 215 (Delta 300s)
Yamaha SG1000
Yamaha Lord Player
