What's your favourite axe?
And what amp do you play it with (non Orange entries allowed )?
Mine is my Les Paul Standard Faded 2008. (For those who cant spot it , 2nd from the left)
I've tried a number of more expensive guitars since, and luckily for me, none beside my Vigier Expert Retro 54 have been as good or better. The LP fits my music style better overall, so it wins tops spot.
What's yours??

Whilst I prefer pics to words, we don't seem to be authorised to see that one.
I must say I really like my G&L ASAT Special Tribute. A bit different to a regular Tele as the pick ups are pretty different, but is sounds great through any of my oranges.

Re: What's your favourite axe?
Favorite guitar is my Gibson 57 RI goldtop LP through my Marshall 2204 but I tend to play my brown faded Gibson SG more because it sits out on a stand for grab and go. I split my play time between the Marshall and Orange but the Marshall gets the bulk of the time since I like it tonally better. The Orange is my choice for gigs due to its functionality - 2 channels, reverb, fx loop, foot switchable attenuator for solo boost.

Re: What's your favourite axe?
I can't answer your question, the "favorite axe" concept is directly linked with my mood, my musical project, etc.
I have a favorite axe everyday.

Re: What's your favourite axe?
That makes for a lot of guitars.
I Love all of my axes, and sometimes feel ashamed of not playing a particular guitar for a couple of months, because they're all worthy.
But damn..... that LP through any of my Orange.....

Re: What's your favourite axe?
Travis Bean Designs TB500. Aluminum neck with a wood body. It's pretty light. I haven't weighed it. I'd say it's less than 8 lbs.
Re: What's your favourite axe?
Without question '78 Yamaha SG2000. Best guitar I've ever laid hands on. Ivory nut, Brazilian mahogany, brass sustain block under the bridge, ebony fret board, 3-piece top, 3-piece neck-through, 7 layer binding. I named it "Big Bertha".
