I have recently acquired an OR15 and really love it. I'm using its with a Mesa wide body 112 open-back cabinet with a Mesa Black Shadow MC-90 speaker. It works fine, but I think the Black Shadow speaker, and the OR don't really compliment each other. This combination is primarily used at home, but I have taken it out to a few blues/rock jams where it has worked very well, but I think the Black Shadow takes some of the "Orange" character away from the amp.
After spending a considerable amount of time listening to Vintage 30s, Creambacks, Greenbacks, etc., I have settled on replacing the Black Shadow with something in the Celestion Greenback family. Considering that it is an open-back 112 cabinet, is it better to get a Heritage G12M (20 watts) Reissue G12M (25 watts), or a Heritage G12H (30 watts)? I'd love to hear from you, especially if you have any experience with these speakers in a 112 cabinet.
My musical taste is primarily centered in classic rock (1970s), and i play a Fender Stratocaster, and a Hamer USA Special FM with humbuckers.
Any greenback suggestions?

Email Jim and tell him what you want. He will steer you in the right direction. IMO, this is the way to get the best sounding greenback for your needs, outside of buying a vintage speaker.

Thanks! I'll do just that. I'm not familiar with Scumback speakers, but certainly willing to try.

IMO, the MIC Celestion speakers sound great. I liked mine (G12M-25) in my old Laney 4x12 better than my friends vintage '70's English made G12M-25 GB's he had in a Marshall 4x12. The older one's were more 'muffled' sounding, where the newer one's sounded more open, brighter and louder while still retaining that 'woody' tone. Here's a great vid where you can hear the difference between all of them.

To be honest, all the celestion speakers you have listed are great choices.

My favorite Celestion is the G12T75 with any of my amps but if I were going greenback it would be the G12H and its sharper attack.

Re: Any greenback suggestions?
Update: Instead of replacing the speaker in my Mesa cab, I sold it and bought a PPC212V. I love it!

No experience of using any in a 112 but plenty of using two G12m 25 watts in a 212 cab, sounds great Imo.
But I agree if you can afford one try a 212 open back -the Orange one is great and not too big but the sound is a massive improvement.
