I was about to take this forum off my bookmarks.

This forum is by far the most unreliable and buggy forum I've ever seen. It hasn't functioned properly in quite some time. I hope they don't pay their web developer well, because it's a terrible product.

You must not be an IT person. Sh1t happens. This forum is one of the most friendly resources I've encountered. Tons of great info and humans as well. No need to delete us from your favorites

Also keep in mind this forum is free. If you had to pay a subscription for it, then yes you have a right to be angry. For instance I had to pay $5 USD to sign up and do a single post on the steel guitar forum. I'll probably never use it again. This forum on the other hand has entertained me countless times over the past decade FOR FREE!!!

I was about to give up that it would ever be back online, that's all!

Agreed that the members on the forum and the content they contribute are both top notch. What isn't top notch is the reliability and functionality of the forum. I'm not in IT, but at my job if I don't do things right, I will get replaced by someone who does.

There are hiccups in everything, but the problems this place has are well beyond the level of '**** happening', IMO. I'm a member of many free forums. This is the only one that has constant and persistent problems.

Great member base, great amp manufacturer, terrible forum developer.

It's a hosting issue, not a development issue. The troubles seemed to start when they migrated to the new forum. Not sure if they moved to an new server, or a cloud hosting solution.

It's definitely been much worse since the redesign. First there were all the error codes. Then the issues logging in. And it still doesn't keep me logged in. I have to sign in every time I view the forum. Connectivity is super slow. I have issues when it prompts the verification screen when posting (which seems to be totally random), where is just deletes the post and gives an error screen (very frustrating when you typed out a response and it gets lost).

And, then there's the recurring connectivity issue where the host is down, which was for quite a long time this time around.
