3 main difference:
- Bigger transformers and more watts = more low end and higher headroom (cleans can be much louder)
- EL34 vs EL84 - the AD140 has a more brutal crunch at hand.
- with the valve rectifier, the AD30 is more compressed, and has more sag. With a solid state rectifier, the AD140 is much tighter.
