NGD | Gibson 355 :D

Technically, this is from about a week ago but I couldn't figure out how to posts photos... anyway!

I am over the moon with this guitar as a 355 with bigsby has been a dream guitar for so long. I can't believe how good it sounds and plays. It feels like an absolute master piece.

Yeah, that guitar is down right seksy. Totally!!!

The only thing I'd change personally would a plain black pick guard - that's just my own taste.

Do you still have the Dual Dark? I'd love to see people's face, as you rock up on stage with the most lovely blues, rockabilly, jazz axe, and shred a few face melting riffs......

Hahaha! I actually do... I got cold feet and kept it for the time being. Surprisingly, the pairing is incredible. I don't use the DD with as much gain but dang it sounds good.

What amp are you playing that through?

My collection of amps: RV100 MKIII, DD100, and a TH30 combo. I also have a mid 70's bassman 410 combo that I use for random things. Getting some good bigsby action in sounds incredible on the bassman but I will also be playing it with my metal band tomorrow night

I believe 57 classics. That is what all of the Gibson stuff says but I haven’t pulled them to verify. I am tempted to swap them out at some point but I am liking it as is for now, plus I have swapped pickups on semihollows before and the nightmare is too fresh in my mind.
