Always appreciate personal thanks

Ordered this setup guage from www.fretguru.com and included a hand written thanks from the owner of the company, Bernie. Always nice to know I'm buying from someone who cares about their product and customer.

Its always nice. I should order some stuff from them one of these days. Getting near due for a fret job on my LP, and have a strat that needs love. Only place I get a personal thank you from so far is drum factory direct.

We need more businesses like this.

Lovely.

And fret gauges are pretty useful. Mine isn't the best and most accurate  but it's still very useful.

I called Kent Armstrong once looking for information on a Dan Armstrong bass. Kent answered the phone himself and couldn't have been more helpful!

I was trying to sort out wiring and the wiring schematic was as if you were looking down at the pickguard, not from behind!
