It is pretty terrible as far as customer service is concerned.

We've been dealing with a company a bit like that for home furniture - they make great products, but after the sale and you paid for it..... you can wait 2 to 4 or 5 months.

The 1st time we went nuts. After the rage subsided, we considered them again because of the quality..... bought again, and again, the wait was incredible with no communication. Emails unanswered.....


We just bought front them for a 3rd time though. 4 months and still not delivered.... They really make great stuff, and that's what they're good at - not the customer service.

Hope you'll be similarly pleased with the end result!!!!!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! I would like to remind you that all of my LM stuff is top notch. It will be worth the wait I still use one of their stereo pass through boxes on my main board. It was too hard to plug both amps into the output of the looper so I relocated the output jacks to the top of the board. SWEET!

My favourite item from them is my TB loop with an amp switcher built in. It allows me to switch to my clean channel, but also engage the loop at the same time. Pretty sweet for verb/delay on clean, and a dry dirt tone. I will remind you it took nearly 6 months to get my latest pass-through box (essentially a jack wired to another jack in a case). I got a package in the mail one day and couldn't remember what it was. Opened it up and laughed as I had already changed my board a few times since ordering it haha. Still handy to have in the event I make a board with a crazy layout. Quickest I ever got something was about 3 months, but that was years ago.
