Seriously getting fed up with the service...

Ordered May 3, got a notice it was done and heading to shipping on Aug 4... now the 19th and it still hasn't shipped...

3mos to build an AB switch is bad enough, but holy crap just send it already!!!!

I ordered a looper from them. When it arrived one of the switches was bent so badly it caused
the top to cave in. One channel did not work, and the led colors were not what I requested
in my order. When notified about the problems it somehow became my fault. Crappy service,
crappy product. IMHO.

Always had good luck with them, but yes they take forever. Everything is made to order. Seems that every time I order something I have already changed my board layout and don't need it anymore by the time it arrives haha. The last one was awful, took 4 months to get a simple pass through box which ended up directly on the shelf as I no longer have a use for it (It was only $19 so I'm not upset). That said I love the channel/loop switchers I've received from them. They even sent me the wrong item once, and had the proper one sent out immediately. Really great service. If you have a problem with your pedal it's most likely due to shipping as they only use bubble wrap which isn't enough IMO. Just give them a shout and they should sort it out for you right away. If you are rude though, you won't get very far.

P.S. I have about 5 items from them. Their loop/channel one button thing is brilliant. I used it for years. The A/B box is also great too, which was on my board for around two years, just recently swapped it out, but I do still have their dual passthrough box wired up.

Just for the record, I was at no time rude or impolite in my dealings with Loopmaster.
Had we been able to resolve the matter amicably, I'm sure my response to Dark Helmet's inquiry
would have reflected that.

I've heard from a few places that it's only one guy. I'm sure he is crazy swamped with orders.

I hope that's the case, but he certainly has enough demand to hire some help!

18days "waiting to ship"

my only hope is that he decided to build the other two boxes I have on order (ABCD and a Y-splitter box) and ship them all together...

If you ordered them separate, they will ship separate

Believe I ordered two items a few days apart, and they came in different packages.

They finally updated their site... looks like his employee quit, so lead times are even longer now... trying not to completely freak out here....

I'm sure the guy is swamped and super stressed out. That said, I won't order from them again. My last pass-through box took WAY too long. They do make good products, but it isn't worth the 6 month wait. Are you able to cancel the order and get something from a different site?

I need an ABCD switch... sooooooooo, not really many other options, there's a simple Y-splitter too, but the non-standard footprints are really the kicker for me.

21 days sitting waiting to ship...
