and i feel the sound is not good
how can i identify the amp is real or not?

I'm not aware that any issues have been reported with regards to counterfeiting Orange amps.
And to be honest, if they did, they could probably quite easily get the circuits right too. I assume your amp might have an issue - or you dont like it.

No known counterfeits of this amp. Post some pictures and we can tell for sure.

and please some pictures of the settings/signal chain to see if there are any fundamental issues. People don't counterfeit amps at that price point. The profit comes from volume sales, they would have to sell as many as Orange does to make it profitable. There are no counterfeits of budget friendly solid state amps.
And it *is* a budget solid state amp. I'm not sure how particular you are about the sound of the amp. Have you listened to YouTube clips, or played another Crush 35 to compare?
